Hello everyone! Since Valentines is around the corner I decided to do a review on the very cute Valentines Day inspired Meet Matt(e) Shmaker eyeshadow palette from theBalm Cosmetics! This eyeshadow palette is a bit different from their other Meet Matt(e) eyeshadow palettes and retails for $29.50 on their site! This palette is also cruelty free ♡

I love the cute Valentines Day inspired packaging of this palette! You get six mattes and six shimmer eyeshadows in this palette that are perfect pairs ♡
Matt Lemos - A light tan beige with a matte finish.
Pat Lemos - A gold copper with a shimmer finish.
Matt Shahvaran - Mauve pink-brown shadow with a matte finish.
Kate Shahvaran - A light rose gold pink with a metallic finish.
Matt Stupak - A matte brown with yellow-gold undertones.
Alex Stupak - A bronze with pink glitter undertones with a frosty finish.
Matt Campbell - A deep brown with a matte finish.
Lisa Campbell - A plum with metallic finish.
Matt Snyder - A light brown with cool undertones and a matte finish.
Rose Snyder - A golden olive green with a shimmer finish.
Matt Wong - A black with cool undertones and matte finish.
Jaime Wong - A teal-blue with a shimmer finish.

And here is a swatch of all the shadows without the help of any primer! The six shimmer shadows felt very velvety and smooth and came out fairly opaque when swatched. Matt Shahvaran, Matt Campbell, and Matt Wong swatched kind of patchy but when working with the shadows on my eyes they blended out with no problem and worked as expected. Matt Lemos makes for a nice base shade, Matt Stupak and Matt Snyder make great transition shades. I also like to use Matt Campbell for more definition in my crease. Overall, I think this palette is very cute and it's definitely cheaper than the other Meet Matt(e) eyeshadow palettes. I don't think this palette is an absolute must but if you have $30 to spend on a palette that comes with cute six shimmer and matte shades I would say treat yourself to a cute Valentines Day gift!
